The UNLV Mountain Club is a group dedicated to making outdoor activities more accessible. Our primary mission is to foster a community interested in exploring the outdoors in any form, including climbing, hiking, backpacking, and so much more.

We welcome students and friends from the Las Vegas community of all abilities, from beginners to seasoned adventurers!

    2. Pay the yearly $25 membership due here.

    3. Email unlvmountainclub@gmail.com with your payment confirmation.

    Once you’re a member, you’ll get access to the trip calendar and get notified about upcoming trips.

  • All active members have access to the Member Trip Portal on our website. Here you can view the upcoming trip schedule. In the week before a trip, members will receive an email where they can sign up for the trip and contact the trip leader.

  • With membership, you will receive access to the Member Trip Portal, our Guidebook Library, Gear Room, and more!

  • Your membership due helps to fund trips as well as maintain the club’s gear closet.

  • No. You can join us on as many (or few) trips as you please!
